From Coffee To Cocktails

We use our Monmouth espresso in more than just flat whites; it’s the star of our Espresso Martini too. From morning coffee to a midday G&T, our full drinks menu runs all day—natural wines, classic cocktails, local beers, and coolers with a gin twist. On Fridays and Saturdays, we stay open past 4, the lamps come out, and Blend morphs into a relaxed bar.

Homemade, Local and Full of Flavour

We're always making something in our kitchen, from cakes and toasties to savoury bites and sauces. We bake our own cheese and fruit scones, and our much talked about seeded sausage roll is made with Humphries sausage meat, mustard, cheddar and onion jam. We use fresh ingredients and work with a local bakery - The Friendly Loaf for our sourdough and pastries. Our deli counter and cake cabinet are stocked throughout the day with gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options, mixing comforting favourites with a few surprises.

Evenings at Blend

In the evenings, we wanted to create a space that feels easy and inviting. The lights aren’t too low, the music’s not too loud, and the vibe stays relaxed. We seamlessly transition into bar mode, with the cake counter vanishing and the atmosphere shifting just enough. The cocktails are spot on without being showy, and the wine list is short, thoughtful, and full of things we’re excited to pour. We serve simple, tasty food that pairs well with whatever you’re drinking, like small plates, sharing boards, and a few surprises that change with the seasons.
